About Charlie
Charlie was found in the Orchards of Bakersfield which is a high dumping ground. He was skinny and full of scabs and fleas. He is now with a foster. He walks well on a leash, loves to play with cats and dogs. He also does well with children. He is a kind soul and is very affectionate. He does well with new dogs.
He is vaccinated and due to be fixed on August 2nd.
